How are you different from every other outbound agency?

Accepted Answer

Most agencies win on volume. They export ten thousand contacts, blast them, burn through your sending domain and move on. The newer version of the same mistake is pointing an AI at that list and letting it write and send. We use AI the other way round — to read everything public about a few hundred accounts and work out which ones are worth contacting and why — then a person writes and answers. Fewer emails, better replies, and a domain that still works in six months.

Who is this for?

B2B companies selling something with real deal size — where one closed customer justifies the retainer several times over. If your average contract is a few thousand a year or more and you sell to businesses, this fits. If you're selling low-ticket or to consumers, we're honestly the wrong choice.

Do I need my own sales team?

You need someone who can take a sales call. That's it. We handle everything up to the meeting — you handle the meeting itself and everything after it.

Is this software or a service?

A service. There's nothing to log into, no seats and no credits to buy. The AI is our tooling, not a product we're selling you access to — what you get is a team doing the work, a shared Slack channel and a weekly number. If we disappeared tomorrow, you'd still own the domains, the data and the copy.

Should I just hire an SDR instead?

Sometimes, and we'll say so on the call if we think that's your answer. Hiring makes sense when you already know your message works, you have someone who can coach a junior properly, and you can wait out a hiring and ramp cycle. If you're still finding out whether outbound works for your market, buying a team that already exists is faster and easier to reverse — and either way you keep everything we build.

What happens in week one?

We open a shared Slack channel, run an ICP workshop with you, and start buying domains and warming mailboxes. Nothing gets sent in week one. Sending on a cold domain is the fastest way to end up in spam, so we don't.

Who writes the copy?

We do. You review it before anything goes out, and you can change whatever you want. After the first couple of weeks we rewrite based on what's actually getting replies rather than what sounded good on paper.

Will you email from my domain?

No. We buy separate domains that look related to yours and send from those. If anything ever goes wrong with deliverability, your main domain — the one your customers and invoices go through — is untouched.

How much of my time does this take?

Roughly an hour in week one for the ICP workshop, then maybe fifteen minutes a week in Slack. We need one person on your side who can answer questions about the product and sign off on messaging.

Yes, and we'll tell you exactly where. A current-generation Claude Opus model reads every account across its website, job ads, LinkedIn posts, funding news and press coverage, scores it against your ICP checks with a source cited per check, and drafts the first version of the copy. Then a person takes over: auditing the scoring, rewriting the copy in your voice, approving the sequence, and answering every reply. Nobody on your prospect list ever talks to a bot, and nothing sends on model output alone. Close's 2026 panel with Clay, PandaDoc and ElevenLabs landed on the same two rules — use AI as an assistant rather than a source of truth, and never fully outsource customer contact.

Which model, and does it cost me extra?

Claude Opus-class models for research, qualification and drafting, plus enrichment and verification tooling for contact data. It costs you nothing extra. Model usage, enrichment credits, data and the dialer are inside the retainer, and there's no per-account research fee. If we swap in a better model, the price doesn't move.

Won't AI-written emails just get deleted?

Unedited ones, yes — executives spot LLM cadence instantly and delete on sight. That's why the model never writes the version that sends. It gives us research and a first draft; a person rewrites it to four sentences in your voice, and anything that still reads like a model gets binned. The AI is doing the reading, not the talking.

Why do you send so much less than other agencies?

Because inbox providers have got very good at spotting bulk sending. Send ten thousand generic emails and your domain gets flagged, your reply rate collapses, and you spend months recovering. Send a few hundred researched ones and you stay in the inbox. Volume is the easy metric to sell and the fastest way to ruin the channel.

How do you protect sender reputation?

Dedicated domains rather than yours, proper warmup before any real sends, SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured correctly, verified contacts so bounces stay low, and hard caps on daily volume per mailbox. We check bounce and spam rates every week and pull back the moment anything drifts.

What if my domain has already been burned?

It's recoverable, but it takes time. We'd start you on fresh domains while the old one cools off, and we'd be upfront on the first call about how long that's likely to take.

Is any of this going to get me in legal trouble?

We work within CAN-SPAM, GDPR and equivalent rules — accurate sender details, a real opt-out on every email, honouring do-not-contact requests immediately, and consent where recording applies. We won't do something that puts you at risk just to hit a number.

How many meetings will I get?

Between 50 and 200 a month, depending on the capacity you buy, once the ramp is done in month three. It's what we plan and staff for rather than a promise: what you actually land depends on your industry, your product and your price point, because a $2k/year tool books very differently from a $200k enterprise platform. We'll tell you on the first call which number is realistic for you rather than selling you the biggest one.

When do the first meetings land?

Usually weeks three to four. Week one is setup, week two is the first sends at low volume, and replies start converting into meetings from there. Anyone promising meetings in week one is either sending on a cold domain or lying about which.

Are these qualified meetings or just anyone who said yes?

They're qualified against the criteria we agree with you in week one. If someone books who shouldn't have, tell us in Slack — it means the criteria need tightening and we'd rather fix that than pad a number.

What if it doesn't work?

You'll have real data by the end of month two — replies, meetings, who's engaging — so you can decide with evidence instead of a promise. Billing is monthly with no notice period, so if the answer is no, you stop and you keep the domains, the data and the copy.

Do you guarantee results?

No, and be sceptical of anyone who does. Your plan's meeting number is the capacity we build and staff for, not a promise we've made about your market. What we do instead is stay month-to-month, report honestly every week, and tell you on the first call if we think the arithmetic doesn't work for your deal size.

How does pricing work, and why isn't it on the site?

One flat monthly fee, set by the meeting capacity you want us to build and staff for. We quote it on the first call rather than publishing it, because the honest number depends on your market, your deal size and how hard your buyers are to reach — and a figure on a page can only be right for one of those. It's billed monthly, with no annual contract, no lock-in and no notice period. If the arithmetic doesn't work for your deal size, we'll tell you on that call instead of quoting at all.

Roughly what should I budget?

It's a mid four to low five figure monthly retainer, in the range you'd expect for one experienced in-house SDR and the tooling around them — and it replaces both. You'll have an exact number, in writing, within twenty minutes of the first call, and there's no obligation attached to asking.

Is there a proof-of-concept period?

Yes. New engagements start at a discount for the first two months, because you're buying it before you've watched us work. It isn't a smaller version of the service — same team, same research, same channels, same meeting number and the same weekly reporting. Month two is roughly when you can judge whether the meetings are the right ones, and you're month-to-month throughout.

What changes if I buy more capacity?

Every engagement gets the same AI research on every account, the same person cutting the list and writing every reply, the same email, LinkedIn and phone channels, the same briefs, Slack channel, weekly reporting and Lead Catcher. More capacity means more accounts researched, more leads qualified, more inboxes and LinkedIn seats behind them, and more calling hours. Nothing is held back from a smaller engagement as a paid upgrade.

What happens if you book more meetings than we agreed?

Nothing lands on your invoice. The number is the capacity we build for, not a meter we bill against, so a month that runs a few over is just a good month. If you're consistently past it, that's a sign the engagement is too small for what your market will give you — we'll say so and let you decide, because the honest fix is more capacity, not a surcharge.

If a cost we didn't expect comes up, we absorb it or we tell you before it happens.
